Ladies, I invite you to join me for a transformative group coaching experience that will set you on the path to a healthier relationship with eating, food, and your body. In this deeply supportive space, we move beyond the physical to discover how to heal your relationship with food at a mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
If you have struggled with your relationship with food in any way- avoiding food/forgetting to eat, binging/restricting, comfort eating, disordered eating, fad diets, fixation on righteous eating... this is the space for you. Let’s come together and discover why a disordered relationship with food isn’t even about the food itself!

Who am I?
I’m your facilitator, Kaylee Woolhether- a Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach who helps women dive deep into the blocks and beliefs that are holding them back, in order to rediscover their truth, purpose, and power. Through my studies in Holistic Nutrition, energetic healing, yoga, and spirituality, I have come to the understanding that our relationship with food has a direct correlation to our relationship with life itself.
My own struggles with disordered eating and body image led me to a holistic approach to healing; that is, treating the mind, body, and spirit to heal the whole self, which I now love sharing with women. My love for women’s healing and gatherings have led me to holding space for women at innumerous healing workshops, wellness retreats (interprovincial & international) and in one-on-one coaching. I am so honoured to be your guide for this journey!
