Roasted Ginger Turmeric Cauliflower

Finally, the roasted cauliflower recipe I promised!  This simple recipe uses ginger and turmeric to create a tasty side dish with anti-inflammatory power.  Enjoy it on it’s own or throw on top of a bowl with these roasted balsamic beets like I did.  Enjoy!

Roasted Ginger Turmeric Cauliflower

  • 1 small or ½ large head cauliflower
  • 1.5 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp rock salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Place in a large bowl and coat with the avocado oil, turmeric, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a baking pan and place in oven for 12-15 minutes, until tender when pierced with a fork but still slightly crunchy.
