Healing At Home: A Women’s Collective

In times of worry, anxiety, frustration, sadness, grief, women and mothers often pull away from others; when the thing that could really support us is reaching out, asking for help, sharing where we are at, and connecting with others in a safe space.

Our Women’s Collective invites you to take down the mask of ‘having it all together’ and show up just as you are - to share, learn, and connect. This is a judgement free zone where we practice deep listening - listening purely to listen, not to respond, fix, or criticize.

This is your safe space to reconnect to yourself, your needs, and your community in a time when connection feels far away. Allow our women’s group to bring value to your life- we invite you into a community of women and mothers just like you, to receive and share tools and guidance, to create healthy ways to respond to the current state of our world and the new “normal” we are collectively experiencing.

Week 1: Regulating the Nervous System

  • Understanding and regulating the sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous systems.
  • In this moment most of us cognitively know that we are safe, but we are experiencing a physiological stress response to our external environment.
  • This experience is bringing to the surface - subconscious beliefs and pain, past trauma, old conditioning that are ready to be seen.

Week 2: Mothering Ourselves

  • Deep compassion for and understanding of the ways we respond and react.
  • Recognizing what we are doing to numb, avoid and comfort - not in a sense of judgement or getting rid of all of these behaviours, but recognizing what our hearts and the inner child in us (who may feel very afraid and unseen) is actually needing.
  • Boundary work.

Week 3: Interpreting Our Inner World

  • Recognizing what is coming up for us rather than suppressing it.
  • Navigating the emotions, feelings, traumas, conditioning, and triggers that are rising within us.

Week 4: Feeling and Processing

  • Tools for processing and expressing emotions in a safe, healthy way.
  • Develop skills to build resiliency and deeper self-resolve, and cope with this ‘new normal’.

Kaylee is a holistic nutritionist, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and women’s coach, and more importantly, a woman seeking deeper connection in a busy world.  She is passionate about holding space for women and has been blessed to host countless workshops, yoga classes, wellness retreats, and women’s gathering- both in person and online.

Lyndsay MacPherson

Lyndsay is an online Life Coach and Educator for moms. Her  work focuses on helping moms unearth the intuitive, wise and powerful mama bear that already exists within every mom. She is passionate about helping moms recognize, heal and release old narratives, conditioning and patterns so they can authentically  mother themselves and their children in ways that feel regulated and responsive.

What you will receive:

  • 4 weekly group coaching sessions (60-75 minutes per session)
  • >> Kaylee & Lynsday will offer teachings and practices to explore over the course of each week (recorded and available for replay)
  • >> You will have the opportunity to share, be heard, and connect with and hold space for other women in your community (sharing and group portions will not be recorded and only available live)
  • Group support space via Facebook to stay connected between sessions
  • >> Ask for help when you need, get to know our community more deeply, and celebrate accomplishments with us!

  • A conscious community of women and mothers invested in doing their inner work
  • Practices and tools to help you regulate and ground yourself through times of change
  • Practices for feeling and processing your emotions
  • Tools and supports for setting boundaries
