Ginger Thai Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup cashews soaked 2+ hours
  • 1.5 tbsp tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp dried ginger or 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth & creamy!
